The TF-04 is the high-airflow fan. Thirteen thousand RPM is a different category from a typical handheld — closer to a blower than a desk fan — and the 2000mAh battery is large enough to last a commute on high rather than dying halfway.
Good to know: a brushless motor runs quieter, lasts longer and wastes less energy as heat than a brushed one, which is why you get more runtime from the same battery. The digital display shows exact remaining charge, so you know before leaving the house rather than guessing from three LEDs.
