To raise a warranty request for your Salpido product, please follow these steps:
1. Email Us: Send an email to our support team at nibit@salpido.com with the following details:
- Product Details: Product image, model name, and serial number (if available).
- Purchase Details: Purchase date and a copy of the invoice.
- Issue Description: Briefly explain the problem you're facing with the product.
2. Troubleshooting First: We recommend visiting our official YouTube channel to try basic troubleshooting steps before raising a request. Many common issues can be resolved through our product support videos.
3. Response Time: Once we receive your email, our team will respond within 48 working hours with the next steps and support options. We’re here to ensure you have a smooth and hassle-free warranty experience!

How can I get my invoice from online purchase platforms like Amazon and Flipkart?


You can easily download your invoice from both Amazon and Flipkart platforms using either their mobile app or website. Please follow the steps below:
For Amazon:
On Mobile App:
1. Open the Amazon app and go to "Your Orders".
2. Find the product you purchased.
3. Tap on the order, scroll down, and tap "Download Invoice" or "Order Details".
4. You can view or save the invoice as a PDF.
On Website:
1. Visit www.amazon.in and sign in.
2. Hover over "Accounts & Lists" → Click on "Your Orders".
3. Locate the item and click on "Invoice" → then select "Printable Invoice".
4. Save or print the PDF.
For Flipkart:
On Mobile App:
1. Open the Flipkart app and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the order for which you need the invoice.
3. Scroll down and tap "Download Invoice" (if available), or go to "View Details" for more options.
On Website:
1. Go to www.flipkart.com and log in.
2. Click on "My Orders" under your profile menu.
3. Find the relevant product and click "Invoice" to download or view it.
Note: If the invoice option is not visible, please wait until the product is delivered. If it's still missing post-delivery, contact the platform’s customer care for assistance.

How can I check the status of my warranty request?
