Shipping policy

At Salpido, we are committed to getting your order delivered quickly, safely, and reliably across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders, and what you can expect throughout the journey.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on salpido.in are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification.

        Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

        You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

        A separate dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.

        Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery timelines are as follows:

        Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days across most serviceable pin codes in India.

        Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days.

        Remote or rural areas: may take up to 10 business days depending on courier serviceability.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

        Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

        A nominal shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹999, displayed at checkout.

        Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order in the following ways:

        Registered Users: Log in to your account at salpido.in → My Orders → Track your Order.

        Email/SMS: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number once your order is dispatched.

        Track Order Button: Available at the top of the website under the "More" menu.

        Guest Users: If you checked out as a guest, we recommend creating an account with the same email ID used during checkout to access your order history.

Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier's tracking portal after dispatch.

5. Delivery Partners

Salpido works with trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders. Our logistics partners include services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, Ekart, and others, depending on your location and order type.

6. Undelivered or Failed Deliveries

        Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at your registered address.

        If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

        In such cases, please contact us at nibit@salpido.com or call us at +91 77367 66603 (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm IST) to arrange re-delivery.

        Re-delivery charges may apply for orders returned due to failed delivery attempts caused by customer unavailability.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your product appears damaged on the outside at the time of delivery, please do the following:

        Refuse to accept the package and note the reason with the delivery agent.

        If you have already accepted the package and notice damage upon opening, contact us within 48 hours at nibit@salpido.com with photos and your order details.

        We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the damage as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
