3. Product Information & Pricing

• Prices displayed on salpido.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders and inform you accordingly. You will be offered a full refund if payment has already been made.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colour may slightly vary due to photography lighting and screen display settings.
4. Orders & Contract of Sale
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product. The contract of sale is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.
• If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Payment
• We accept a range of payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
• All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking credentials.
• NIBIT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss arising from the decline of payment authorisation due to the cardholder exceeding limits set by the acquiring bank.
• For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Refusal to pay will result in the order being returned.
6. Intellectual Property
• All content on salpido.in including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and software is the property of NIBIT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our website or its content without express written permission from us.

• Salpido and NIBIT INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased from it.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product involved.
• We are not responsible for any delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or courier failures.
• Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their respective terms.
