Returns & Refunds
At Salpido, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, issue refunds, and process replacements.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged, defective, or not working properly upon delivery.
• The product delivered is different from what was originally ordered (wrong item shipped).
• The product is not functioning as described on the product page at the time of purchase.
• The product is incomplete and missing any accessories or components mentioned in the listing.
The following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:
• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and without any physical damage.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.
• A valid proof of purchase such as order ID or invoice must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging, accessories, or essential components.
• Products with tampered, removed, or missing serial numbers or warranty stickers.
• Products for which a return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.
• Products purchased during special sale events or promotions (unless defective).
• Consumable or hygiene-related accessories such as ear tips, cable covers, or similar items.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
• Cancellation requests must be raised immediately after placing the order and before dispatch.
• Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

• Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
4. How to Initiate a Return
• Step 1: Email nibit@salpido.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear product images.
• Step 2: Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
• Step 3: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no extra cost.
• Step 4: Once the product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
5. Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after the product is received and verified.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting details.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been successfully initiated.
6. Replacement Policy
• Replacement requests are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
• Replacement orders will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after product inspection.
• If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
7. Warranty Claims
• For warranty-related issues, please contact us at nibit@salpido.com with complete order details.
• Warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not include physical or water damage.
• Warranty claims are processed with our service team and may take 7–14 business days.
