The EP-15 is the 3.5mm large-driver option — the same 14.22mm driver as the EP-12 with spatial tuning, on the connector that works with everything. If you use a laptop, an older phone, a music player or airline entertainment, this is the plug that never needs an adapter.
Good to know: the tangle-free cable design matters more than it sounds. Most wired earphones fail at the cable rather than the driver, usually at the point where it has been repeatedly folded. Loop rather than wrap them, and they will outlast several pairs of wireless buds.
